Show up to workouts
For great results, we want to see you in our group classes at least 3x/week. You don't have to love exerise, you don't have to know a lot about exercise. You do need to show up, bring the right attitude, and work hard!

The sessions are designed for all fitness levels and modifications are made when necessary. Our team of professional trainers ensure that your workout is free of injury. Our supportive community ensure that your workout is free of intimidation!
Follow the Meal Plan
Follow the 1 page meal plan as indicated. This one is hard to mess up! There are 5 categories of foods to choose from with a certain number of boxes to check for the day. Check the boxes as you go, that's it. 

The laminated sheet makes it easy to wipe off and start fresh at the beginning of each day. On the back of the sheet is a list of example foods from each category. This plan is powerful in its simplicity. There's nothing to complicate it beyond the structure contained on 1 page.
