When I started Motivators, I didn’t realize that it would impact my life as much as it has. I have always struggled with exercise and food and looked at them in a negative way. I have finally found the solution I have been looking for here.
I feel better physically and mentally. Motivators pushes me and keeps me focused on continuing to improve myself. There are no more excuses!
The classes- I love that everyday is different but equally as challenging. I can’t imagine my day without a workout!
The trainers- you guys are absolutely the best! Always encouraging, positive and pushing us to do our best. It’s amazing to feel like you have your own personal trainer in a group setting.
The clients- everyone is so nice! We help & encourage each other and someone always makes you laugh when you need it. I have made so many new friends
The results- I have lost weight & inches, gained muscle, strength and flexibility. I have energy & feel so much better. I still have a way to go but I know I will get there.

I haven’t found anything about Motivators that I don’t love! The classes are GREAT and never the same. By the end of of the week I can’t find a muscle I haven’t used. Every person I have met at motivators has been uplifting and encouraging! I have only been here for 3 months and I have made great friendships. It’s an added bonus to have fun and laugh while working out hard!
Never in a million years did I think I would be at a 6am class every day! But I am hooked. 8 weeks ago I signed up for the game changer…or as I call it the MIND changer. In a short period of time I completely changed my eating habits and in turn changed my body!! I feel the best I have ever felt! I injured my knee last summer and quickly put on weight. With 40 around the corner…I wanted to do something for myself. After only 3 months I feel better, stronger, and confident! I’m ready to kick 40’s butt!

I love motivators because it’s so unique. The atmosphere that Dan and Kate have created in their gym is incredible. From day one everyone was so warm and welcoming. The camaraderie between the clients is so positive and inviting.
I’ve always enjoyed exercise but I have never been a part of something so intense, professional and instructional. The trainers are so knowledgeable, attentive and motivating. I love the variety of classes and I’m grateful to be able to take part in so many of them throughout the week.

My friend, Casey, has been going to this gym for some time now and I was always nervous to try these intense classes. Casey always talked about how life changing Motivators is but I still did not think I was ready to start. I started to realize that my previous workout routines were not working and I knew I needed to step up my game! With that being said, I started Motivators just three months ago and my body has been changing nonstop!
I love Motivators Personal Training because every class is a different! Each trainer has a different teaching style and are always introducing new workouts. They are always pushing me to do the best I can do and helping me to perfect the exercises so I am doing them correctly! Within these three months, the trainers have not once repeated a class which makes coming exciting! The classes are challenging and I constantly impress myself by improving each session. Just looking at some pictures taken before I started and comparing them to pictures taken now is just amazing! I know with the help from the trainers and the clients, I will be able to reach my goals in no time!
Joining Motivators has been life changing! Every day, I look forward to going to Motivators which I can’t say I have ever said about other gyms. I make sure to schedule the classes weeks in advanced so I do not schedule other actives and miss my daily workout. These scheduled classes hold me accountable for going which really pushes me to never miss a class. As I said before, Motivators is amazing because there are so many different classes to choose from that it is impossible to make an excuse not to go to the gym.
I would recommend everyone to join Motivators for many reasons. The class schedules are great and very accommodating to everyone’s needs. The trainers are there to push you to do your best! If someone is struggling with a certain exercise, the trainers come up with a different exercise to ensure one does not stop workout! Everyone should join the Motivator family! I have not once regretted my decision to join and either has my body!

I contribute my success to the diet and combining strength and conditioning into my daily routine. But ultimately, it was the support from my family and friends and the instruction and encouragement from all the coaches at Motivators.
Recent results from some medical tests only confirmed what I already knew. I was in a very poor state of health. I was at a point in my life where I was just finally tired of feeling lousy.

For Anandhan, it was formulaic and in that formula, his work ethic and consistency were constants.

We had a number in mind and a timeline to reach it. Success was inevitable. Despite a growing family, a demanding work schedule and a cultural diet less than helpful for fat loss, he stayed committed.

To many, the thought of physical transformation is met with hesitation, reluctance or even fear. Not to Dara. No instead, she is a classic success story of approaching lifestyle change with fearlessness, honesty and personal leadership.
Nothing short of that could have made her 7 month transformation possible. She didn’t come to us with blessed genetics and in fact, had no exercise history whatsoever, but she did have a willingness to learn, a great attitude and a commitment to herself. We’re proud of you Dara!

Motivators was a strange fit at first but I feel like I am getting the hang of it. They have such a good formula; I get excited just talking about the next work out. Before Motivators personal training I was unable to walk without fear of falling. Dealing with multiple medical issues and procedures as I endure a disease called Lupus; I am now not only walking but walking lunging! I lost over 30 pounds, changed my eating habits and best of all, I haven’t had a seizure in over 2 years since I started working out regularly.

My best advice is to be competitive. Not necessarily with others, but with yourself.
When the only person you need to be better than is yourself, you find the daily motivation to push on. Also, visualize! Visualize exactly what you want in the end. I had a vision for what I wanted and with patience, I started to like who I was becoming.
