TRX

The motto of TRX suspension training is “make your body your machine”. This couldn’t be more accurate. TRX is designed so that you can learn basic body weight mechanics before you using other modes of resistance (weights, cables, etc..). You’ll find that your own body weight is often the only resistance you need for a fantastic workout! Upper body, lower body and core training are the focus for this session. This is great for beginners and advanced alike. Modification are always possible. Demonstrations start each session. Session is 30 minutes.

INTERVALS

Intervals is our signature cardiovascular workout! Great for metabolic conditioning and fat burning, you can expect to get a great sweat here! This is our second most high intensity workout, 2nd only to Tabata. Not advised for beginners. Demonstrations of each exercise start every session. Session is 30 minutes.

STRENGTH 1 and 2

Strength training 1 and 2 is great environment to learn and practice for both beginners and advanced alike. Perfect your form and build strength with the basic dumbbell and barbell lifts. We coach you on how to perform basic lifts that will build lean muscle and strengthen bone and joint density. We encourage you to track weight, reps, and sets so that you can steadily progress each week. Great learning environment for beginners. There is no distinction of skill or difficulty between strength 1 and 2. They are made separate so that you are working different body parts throughout the week. Modifications are always possible! Demonstrations of each exercise start each session. Session is 35 minutes.

STRENGTH/CONDITIONING

Our most popular session of them all. Strength/Conditioning combines muscle building strength exercises with high intensity cardio intervals. Not advised for beginners. Demonstrations of each exercise start every session. Session is 45 minutes.

TABATA

Tabata is our most effective fat burning, high intensity workout. Without question, Tabata is our most challenging session. 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. This is the best way to increase your cardiovascular endurance, shed stubborn belly fat and give any metabolism, fast or slow, a major boost. Not advised for beginners. Demonstrations of each exercise start every session. Session is 25 minutes.

BUTTS/GUTS

The name says it all. Slim and tighten everything from the waist down with Butts/Guts entirely dedicated to legs and core. The circuit style of the class is easy to follow and is great for beginners! Modifications are always possible. Demonstrations of each exercise start every session. Session is 30 minutes.

CIRCUIT

Circuit training is a full body workout that entails strength training, cardiovascular and core work all in one! This full body, high energy workout won’t leave anything to be desired. Complete 3 circuits of seven stations an awesome metabolic workout. Great for beginners and advanced alike! Modifications are always possible! Demonstrations of each exercise start every session. Session is 30 minutes.

MOBILITY

Mobility teaches you how to perform basic maintenance on yourself. It’s understanding the mechanics of the body and how to perform better in everyday life. Among many things, to have mobility means to have full range of motion in all joints, to reduce or eliminate inflamed muscle tissue from that maximizing performance and preventing injury. Mobility work is absolutely essential to both beginners and advanced alike. The maintenance work we teach you in this session are tools you can take with you for the remainder of your life. In mobility, we work to correct years of bodily maladaptation. Mobility is about something simple and universal to us all – human movement. Not only good but mandatory for beginners and advanced alike. Demonstrations of each exercise start every session. Session is 30 minutes.

50 + FITNESS

If you’re looking to build and maintain strength, relieve yourself of pain and believe that the next 30 years will be better than your first fifty, 50 + Fitness was created for you. 50 + Fitness is about starting fresh and looking forward. In these sessions, we place heavy emphasis on strength and mobility but are sure to include cardiovascular work, balance training and even methods for effective posture. This is a perfect setting for beginners. Session is 45 minutes.

BEGINNERS

The name says it all. If you’ve been inactive for more than a year or, you’ve never exercised before, the beginners workout is perfect setting for you. This is where your fitness journey begins. In this non-intimidating workout environment, you’ll learn functional body movements, basic strength training, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance. The beginners session is about fundamentals. Modifications are always possible. Demonstrations of each exercise start every session. Session is 30 minutes.
